I am a big believer in the ability for education to transform people's lives. One of the best ways to do this is through learning a foreign language. Learning languages enables people to learn new skills, but it also allows people to see the world in a new way. I have a Master's Degree in organizational leadership from Vanderbilt University. I have experience teaching undergraduate students, conducting academic and leadership research, evaluating and managing projects, and strategic planning. I also have experience working with adults and youth in both the United States and Peru. I have experience working in both the public and private sector in Peru. I worked for the Ministry of Education and for private universities and research centers. Additionally, I have worked to lead educational programs, helping people develop education skills, helping parents learn skills to improve their children's performance in school, writing curricula, and conducting workshops to improve social skills in the workplace. In terms of tutoring, I can teach students in conversational Spanish, languages, and Spanish. I also have extensive experience working with non-profit organizations. Outside of education, I enjoy going to the theater, hiking, and dancing.
