#### Education

The University of Alabama - BS, Mathematics & Economics#### Experience

My personal philosophy about education is that no two students learn the same way. Therefore, as a tutor, I work to make sure I use different learning tools, and I work with each student to understand how they can learn best. I've been a tutor for four years. During the course of my tutoring, I make it my goal to learn about each of my students' learning styles, whether they learn visually, by taking notes, or other methods. It is important not just for me to learn about my students' methods, but for them to learn about their learning skills as well. This helps me teach them study habits, which can improve all of their academic subjects and test scores. I get great satisfaction out of watching my students improve, and seeing them appreciate their own hard work as their grades and test scores rise. I also challenge myself to constantly improve my techniques as a tutor, since I've worked as either a volunteer or professional tutor since high school. My main tutoring focuses are on college test preparation, especially the ACT, and on mathematics. I am currently pursuing a degree in both Math and Economics from the University of Alabama, and I plan to stay there after I graduate to receive an MA in Economics.#### Hobbies

My Interests are anything sports or outdoors related. I have been playing soccer since I was five. I also enjoy cycling, running, football, basketball, swimming, and golf.#### Preferred Subjects
